Over 21 years in insurance, on both sides of the industry
Carly has more than 21 years’ experience in the insurance industry, both in broking and working for insurers. That experience on both sides means she understands how insurers assess risk and handle claims, and how to present your business in the best light.
Over her career, Carly has worked with family-run businesses, sole traders, small and medium enterprises and large manufacturing businesses. She excels at building long-lasting relationships with her clients and takes the time to understand each business before explaining the covers and risks involved.
Before starting in insurance, Carly worked in customer service and quickly developed a passion for helping people. From that passion and care, CLD Insurance Group was born. Her love and care for her clients shine through in how she runs the business every day.
